Mine are going on 4 weeks and looking great. These are small but I’m hoping for an additional crop, maybe 2 more. Price is very good considering what bags go for.

The tofu I make tastes great! It's really fine powder and I don't seem to be getting sick from it so it must be food grade.

It's too early to comment on the end result. The medium is a rye and casing mix bag. The lion's mane has started out but has not penetrated the surface yet. It's probably much cheaper to buy these at the grocery store, but this is more fun.
